Epics "The Girl I Lost" b/w "Every Time I Cry" undated 45 (late 60s/early 70s) on Active Records (8172)
Here's a rare bit of sweet soul released out of Memphis. This is a well-used, scratchy copy graded G. It plays thru without skips, but the surface noise is significant. (Check out the sound clips linked below for reference of audio quality.) This copy is not exactly DJ quality, but maybe it is OK as a starter copy or collection filler considering its rarity. A-side label has a spot of sticker residue on it as shown.
