Description
This is an original press with the Masterdisk/EDP stamps and "HW" (Howie Weinberg) signature in runouts (see Discogs.com listing for details). The record is used but in very good condition overall. The jacket has ring wear on both sides, a sticker stain and a few other stains on the front cover, and light corner and seam wear: VG(+). Both sides of the disc have light but long scratches on the vinyl. The main scratch on side A runs through track 1 and roughly the first third of track 2. The main one on side B runs through the entirety of the first two tracks. Based on a tactile examination of both scratches (I ran my fingernail gently over them), it seems that only parts of the first track on each side will be affected as far as playing is concerned. Otherwise, there is some light scuffing on both sides. I'll grade the disc VG(+) overall. (NB: I've updated this description based on a follow-up examination of the record after receiving a query about it.)
I am in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their sleeves. The sleeves have been stored in plastic sleeves. Many records were purchased new. Most were played just 1-2 times and taped. I have visually graded all discs (since I no longer have a turntable), and have tried to err on the side of caution when imperfections are apparent.
