Downgraded from NM because the original gatefold textured cover has been professionally Laminated 

Coated with a transparent plastic film !

 minor cut on top, and light yellowing

The standard scale applies (M*, NM, VG+, VG). 

As a rule Near Mint (NM) is my highest grade. 

* I don't believe in Mint (M) and will only use it in the exceptional case

when absolutely sure to deal with an item from unplayed and untouched stock.

I don't offer anything below VG.
