Note on Condition:   There is a very small & superficial seam split on the upper spine of the LP.  I have included both a normal view of it, as well as a zoomed-in close up of it.  As you can see it is not big, and it does not extend all the way through the sleeve.  It is very minimal & superficial.  Let me know if you'd like more specific information, or higher resolution pictures.
