This really was the birth of progressive rock! It was the Beatles' 9th Lp and what an imapact it had. and still does have. Released on the 1st of June 1967, the album reached number 1 across the board, staying at number 1 for 23 weeks!! With a total of 148 weeks in the charts!!

LOVELY AND CLEAR....Only carries some very light marks to the vinyl-playeven better than she looks upon 1st inspection.
I gave the vinyl a gentle vacuum clean, followed by an ultrasonic bath and then listened to the album-all the way through and found a simply wonderful sound reproduction with CLEAR HIGHS and bassy lows...GLORIOUS!
!!!TURN THIS BABY UP LOUD!!! (I did)
All I noticed was a bit of occcasional light and soft background noise-noted at the start of She's Leaving Home...But this faded away and wasn't noticeable once the track got going.
The audio reproduction is lovely and rich.

It is the ORIGINAL 'Fools Inner' with the flame design.
Does have a split to the bottom and one side is completely split, but still remains genuine and vibrant to this day-please see the detailed images for yourselves.
Certainly done her job by looking after this wonderful slab of vinyl for all these years.

This iconic cover is still in great condition...Remains vivid in colour with barely any handling wear either.
STILL OPENS WITH A CRACKLE AS IF OPENED FOR THE 1st TIME IN 1968!
The Beatles in all their splendour!
There are just one or two tiny lines of spidering to the front near the opening & only 2 or 3 tiny ones to the back lamination. With just a couple of very small fingers emanating from the spine. I am being VERY critical here, as well as honest as possible.
