Released on the 1st of June 1967, the album reached number 1 across the board, staying at number 1 for 23 weeks!! With a total of 148 weeks in the charts!! Vinyl: EX. 154g  Lovely shine and as flat as the day it was bought. There are only some very light marks to the vinyl, but these didn't really have any affect on playback. After giving her a gentle professional vacuum clean, I have just finished listening to both sides. I found there to be minimal background noise evident during the play back....Just solid clean and clear audio reproduction throughout...There was a little static/light crackle to the side 2-but nothing offensive. Even quiet inbetween tracks and in the run-ins and outs too....MAGICAL! Side 2 as has the PERPETUAL ENDING.
CERTAINLY NOTHING AT ALL TO MAKE HER JUMP OR SKIP. I noticed a very slight undulation to side 1, but nothing at all to have any affect on playback as it really is quite minimal....I could not see this anomaly when playing side 2. The bass is lovely rich and deep. A pure joy to listen to-TURN HER UP...Especially at the start of Sgt Peppers on side 2!! NON-BANDED. Quality audio.

Inner Sleeve:
VG+.  It is the ORIGINAL 'Fools Inner'....These are getting increasingly hard to find.
This one has kept it's vibrant red & white colour...Has a small 5cm split to the bottom, that is all....SHE IS ALL ORIGINAL! "Patents Applied for"
Cut-Outs: Near Mint.
DEEP GREEN colour. Nothing else needs to be said!!!

Cover: EX. **IT IS THE INCREASINGLY RARE WIDESPINE VERSION....8MM IN WIDTH** Strong, UNCRUSHED and legible spine!! The front cover is still lovely and bright, as is the back cover and the inner picture. There is some slight rubbing to the top and bottom of the spine, but nothing to be worried about at all. Just 3 or 4 small half crescents of spidering to the front and the back-visible when angled towards the light, as well as some little fingers of spidering from the seams. I am being critical as well as honest as possible, so bid with confidence. Still opens with the slight crackle as if just bought in 1967! Garrod & Lofthouse Really is a lovely RARE cover.
SO FOLKS-THIS IS A VERY WELL PRESENTED, COMPLETE, RARER WIDESPINE VERSION OF A CLASSIC ALBUM...STILL PLAYING THROUGH WITH CLARITY AND POWER.ALL TOPPED OFF WITH THE ORIGINAL DARK GREEN CUT-OUTS AND THE ORIGINAL 'FOOLS' INNER....
