Corrected matrix 1st press.
(Professionally & gently cleaned with a Pro-Ject VC-S MkII Vacuum Record Cleaner, then an Ultrasonic bath and finally gently vacuumed once more)
Being recorded in just 36hrs of recording time at Olympic Studios during September-Oct 1968, the finished Lp was released in the US on the 12th of Jan and in March in the UK, 1969 and...
IT ROCKED THE WORLD!!!
ROCK N ROLL was never to be the same again!!!!
Certainly is one of my top 5 favourite albums of all time....and the ONLY WAY to listen to your fav album is UP LOUD and ON VINYL!

Being one of my favourite albums of all time, it really wasn't a chore to listen to her all the way through-loud!
Visually the record has just a couple of VERY light and SMALL marks to her...These had very little affect on playback at all!
When listening to her, I found a tiny amount bit of background crackle, right at the end of side 1, just before going into the run-out groove-quite warming really and certainly not offensive at all. Not noticed at all throughout the rest of playback..The music blasted out with power and clarity. I also noticed a very soft and low little pop right at the start of track 2, side 1-agin: NOT offensive at all...Disappeared quite quickly and did not ruin my enjoyment of the audio what-so-ever.
NO nasty loud pops or tics!
Nothing at all to make my SMK arm jump, skip or stick on a very light setting too.
She provided a huge dynamic audio output with clear highs and wonderfully bassy lows....Have a listen to the audio clip included in this listing.
FLAT as the day she was born too.
(In fact-whilst listening to her and writing this description-I really wondered if I wanted to sell her..?!)

NO writing or stickers.
It is the original 2nd pressing Red & Plum lables, with the corrected Warner Bros. credits at 6 O'clock.
They really are in great condition and are lovely and bright.
I can see a handful of faint traces of spindle marks-when angled towards the light.
Would frame very well.

The Sleeve:
EX.
Bright orange lettering to the front.
"UPTIGHT AN' OUTASIGHT" to the back.
There are only some small crescents of spidering to the front laminate, near the opening.
Remains as vibrant in colour today as it was when born in 1969!
NO Splits/Tears or Writing.
There is a small sticker to the back which would be easily removed, but I have left it there as it was Bonhams nick name: Bonzo.

The Inner:

ORIGINAL poly-lined inner here-which has certainly done her job.
Has 'MADE IN ENGLAND' printed text to the bottom right corner. As well as the "PLASTIC BAGS CAN BE DANGEROUS" box to one side.
Only incredibly light creasing and a bit of discolouration from age....Don't we all?!
