When will my item be dispatched? We will Dispatch your item within 3 working days from the date of payment.

Can I collect this item in person? 

Yes, collection in person can be selected. All orders using this option will be available to collect 2 working days after payment has been made.

Once you have purchased an item via our 'collection in person' service you will be able to collect from Newlife @ Home Hemlock Way, Cannock WS11 7GF during click and collect trading hours:

**NOTE - Items will be ready for collection 2 working days after payment. e.g Orders paid for on Monday, will be available to collect from Wednesday during the above opening hours.

Refunds and Returns?

If any of the items you have purchased are unsuitable or unwanted you have 14 days to return the item, in the condition the item was sent to you for a full refund, items must be returned in the same way you received your item.

Once we have received the item and the returned item has been processed you will receive your refund within 3-5 working days.

Will you except offers for Auction items?

Once our items are listed for Auction we are unable to accept any offers.  If you are interested in the item you will need to make a Bid.

Can you provide any additional Information to what has been provided in the listing?

We try and provide as much information as possible at the time of listing, once our items are listed they are sent to a secure location to await dispatch.

Are your items Authentic?

All our Items listed on our eBay shop are 100% authentic. All items are donated via high street stores and carefully checked by a highly trained team before processing for our eBay shop.

How long do I have before payment is due?

All items that are purchased have to be paid via PayPal within 48 hours.

What are your payment options?

We only accept payment through our PayPal account by credit or debit card.

Delivery?

The item that you have purchased will state which method we are using for delivery and once your item has been dispatched a tracking number will be provided where applicable.

International Shipping?

Please message us directly for an International shipping quotation. All International purchases will be fulfilled via Track & Signed Services and we will be able to provide an amended invoice to reflect international postage charges. 

Will you combine postage for a purchase of multiple items?

Yes some items are eligible to be combined and when this is possible we will send you an invoice for your postage cost.  Please note that in line with Royal Mail/Hermes weight and measurement guidelines this is not always possible.

No, all items have to be dispatched via the advised postage method on the listing.
