Beautiful copy of the original 1964 first stereo pressing of the legendary Amor LP by Eydie Gorme and the Trio Los Panchos, on Columbia CS-9003. Original 2-eye labels. Classic Mexican love song collection, an unusual change for Gorme, but which has become her most famous record, along with its equally great follow ups. Anyhow this is the true first pressing, and it sounds so much better than all the later cheap repressings on Caytronics or later Columbia orang ring pressings. These original 60s pressings have a lot more presence and clarity. Really a pleasure to hear, and especially on a copy like this one. The disc is very nearly perfectly mint and plays flawlessly and just beautifully. Maybe some tiny signs of gentle use but barely. The cover has some edge and corner wear but not too bad. No seam splits and no ringwear. Really quite clean and crisp aside from the slightly whitening edges. Just a beautiful original copy inside and out. Hard to top.
