National Airs Of The Allies
10" Thick record
This record is of more of a historical value as it has a short remembrance of the allies of WWI spoken by Edison himself.
The other side has the national anthems of the countries involved.
The sound is weak and needs turned up to hear. In doing so the noise also increases. The intended message and music is still elevated above the static. There are a couple of minor chips on the edge.
It should be noted, this record was test played once on an old player with a 78 needle for evaluating purposes. This record is approaching 100 yrs.old and only God knows what machines it has been played on before I acquired it. What I am saying is that it may sound great on a Edison machine or not, I have no way of knowing. This sale therefore has to be as is. Hope you understand.
