Here's a super one!


King Oliver is on cornet, J.C. Johnson piano, with Eddie Lang and

Lonnie Johnson guitars, and they call themselves Blind Willie Dunn's

Gin Bottle Four, and they do "Blue Blood Blues" and "Jet Black

Blues" on Electric OKeh 8689.


Great solos both sides.


Hoagy Carmichael does a scat vocal on both sides and does the

percussion.


Recorded in New York on May 1, 1929, the record is in V+ condition

on the A side, and E- to V+ condition on the B side. Some light edge

lams, and a few small surface scratches.
