An original 1st stereo press of E & B on UK Verve. Matrix A3/B2. Stampers 1A/1A - making it one of the 1st ever copies to roll of the press. And in STEREO a 1st pressing is both hard to track down and highly sought after. Stereo was still very much the niche in '63. Note the labels DO NOT mention Sold In The UK. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original Stereo cover with flipbacks..
Vinyl (Ex+/Vg+) In super condition and has only seen light use. Excellent lustre and with only a couple light marks per side - two of which do just sound. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback with a couple of deviations.  Super quiet intros and inbetweens. Given the vintage a truly miraculous find. Can't really imagine finding anything better preserved. Just clean feed all the way with perhaps a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated spots per side. The only issues... in track 4 - a small mark causes 5 clicks. And the final track on side one - 7 or 8 ticks in the closing moments. One solitary click late in the final track on side 2. Given the quality of the rest of the record - certainly liveable. Fiendishly addictive. Highly impressive.
Cover (Ex) The Front looks superb without creasing. The rear has escaped the usual ageing process - super preservation. The spine is 100% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
