THIS IS A REALLY NICE COPY - LP, COVER & INSERTS ARE ALL IN GREAT SHAPE!

Up for sale is one(1) Elton John - Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy LP from 1975 with the gatefold cover on MCA Records (#MCA 2142). There is No Barcode. 

***HAS ALL OF THE 4 ORIGINAL INSERTS.***

***AS A BONUS I HAVE INCLUDED A CRUDE Black & White PHOTOCOPY OF THE ORIGINAL HYPE STICKER.***

Comes with the original Poster, lyric booklet, scraps booklet and 2 sided fan club order form. The fan club order form is almost always missing from this set. The inserts are in great shape, but have some crumples and creases typical with age. There are a few crumples and some fraying edges at the bottom of the fan club letter. 

There is just the slighest tear / split at the very center of the poster where it is folded over, which is typical for a poster that has been folded for over 40 years. 

The gatefold cover is in VERY GOOD condition (this cover typically does not age well, but this one is in GREAT shape) with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, scrapes, white fade spots, a few crumples, and minor ring wear. NO SPLIT SEAMS.

The vinyl is in Very Good condition. But as is with vintage vinyl there are some visual surface marks that may cause some surface noise. Even with a Very Good grading there is a going to be a certain amount of surface noise. Certainly more noticible during the quiet parts. 

PLAY TESTED!  I recently played this LP and it SOUNDS AWESOME! 

Nice fairly clean labels. Comes in a plain white inner sleeve.

I obtained this LP in the 1970's. It was gently played back in the day(I had other copies that I played, this one stayed on the shelf). Not played in over 30+ years.
