Description

This is an auction for an Original copy of the EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND 1958 EP release Christmas With Elvis released in the USA.

The record itself (EPA-4340 dog on top) is in EXCELLENT- / VERY GOOD+ condition with some visible marks/scratches.(nothing too deep or drastic though).

There is also a slight swirl pattern on the disc but I don't think this will affect playback.

The centre labels have NO WRITING (see photos)

That said this auction is mainly about this Fantastic sleeve which is really hard to find (especially in this condition)

The THICK CARDBOARD picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2012 as $125 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is EXCELLENT- )for the sleeve alone!!!

This sleeve is 59 years old and is still in GREAT condition for the age..

There are NO RIPS ,TEARS or WRITING!!(see photos)

The colours are nice and bright and there is minimal ringwear. (see photos)

This also has the added charm of having the ORIGINAL shop price sticker on the front.

The only things that stop this from grading even higher is a partial seam split on the side spine.(see photos)

That said , THIS IS WITHOUT DOUBT THE BEST CONDITIONED (and only the 3rd) SLEEVE OF THIS RELEASE I HAVE HAD AVAILABLE ON EBAY IN THE LAST 14 YEARS!!!!

The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this RARE sleeve!!

Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $225-230 (£192 approx.) .I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £200.

I WILL START THIS AT UNDER  HALF OF THAT!!

With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
