Description

This is a RCA Victor black label original pressing, with 'A Mess of Blues' B-Side, produced in Greece (as stated on black face) with green vinyl (47g 731). I discovered it amongst my late father's things earlier this year. He was Greek-Cypriot, and would most likely have bought this in Cyprus in the early 1960s, or possibly when he studied in Athens in 1963/64. This pressing in green is only known about by a handful of Elvis collectors, it seems. When I contacted several vinyl shops in Athens they were unaware of its existence. Ditto with my local vinyl shop in Norwich. Internet searches also throw a blank. Apparently it originally came in a generic sleeve, which I don't have, so will come in a white card sleeve. Condition is Used. I am not a vinyl expert so cannot comment on the condition in detail. If you would like more photos please just say and I will happily send more. I have not made any attempts to clean the vinyl surface. Dispatched with Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class.

4.1.20 - I have added more photos in higher resolution. Ebay doesn't let me delete the first two original pics. The 3rd and 4th pic are higher resolution. Pics 5 and 6 show the matrix numbers on the run-out grooves. Pic 7 is a macro shot of the run-out matrix number for A Mess of Blues, as it doesn't show too clearly in the other pic. Please note that the 5th and 8th digit of the matrix number (L2WW-0100) for It's Now or Never is not stamped very deeply on the run-out groove.
