Description
I found this 45 among others at my New Mexico cabin 15 years ago. The previous owner had kept them all in a plastic bag in a storage space that I discovered by accident. I am not a dealer or remotely a vinyl record expert. Offers considered.
There is an old sticker or tape on side A and faint word on Side B. It sounds good on my vintage record player, NO SKIPS. There is a chip on the edge as shown on picture. It does NOT affect the playing in any way.
This was the King’s 3rd and arguably, most rare of the five Sun Elvis records.
The offered Sun Records single 45 for “Milkcow Blues Boogie” (215) contains matrix numbers which appear in the dead wax areas, with “u 140 45 72”on side A and marked “ u 141 45 72” on side B (“You’re a Heartbreaker”).
See photos. I circled where “push marks” are located…very faint and difficult to see, although more easily felt.
