Description
Hard to find Elvis Presley 'Portrait Series' 45 'My Baby Left Me' / 'I Want You,I Need You,I Love You' housed in the original paper sleeve. RCA 101655 'My baby left me' plays through very well,with light crackle at the intro(VG+),'I want you,I need you,I love you' has more constant crackle noise throughout the song(VG-). Both sides are still a very acceptable listen,don't skip anywhere,and have no audible evidence of a worn stylus being used at any time - just general miss handling evidence which has left light lines on the surfaces.The record still has plenty of high gloss too.
The paper cover has held up very well,but it has plenty of creasing,and also age yellowing.A small name is written in biro at the top R H Rear, also 7 written in texta on the rear.Please enlarge the pictures (super size) for an appraisal.
Portrait Series Elvis 45's were only issued in Australia,and they aren't often seen.
