I do this purely for charity(and as a hobby). A small direct percent goes directly to charity.  At theend of each month I reconcile overhead and profits and donate money directly tovarious charities.

Most domestic items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) with tracking. Items are typically dispatched within one business day of payment received. If possible, they are dispatched the same day if it is before 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time. If there is any delay or potential delay in shipment, I will notify you immediately. In addition, the majority of the items are insured up to $100 unless otherwise stated within the listing (for more expensive items). Some classes of shipping do not include insurance unless specifically requested.

International shipping may vary significantly in price based on location. Consider contacting me with any questions or to find out if I can provide a more accurate quote as to the shipping costs. I do ship worldwide and cost depends heavily on location, weight, and size. Items that are dispatched internationally are typically more securely packaged (with extra materials) due to the increased likelihood of damage secondary to distance and service handling. This increases the overall shipping weight when compared to domestic shipments. Typically, items are sent via USPS standard international or USPS priority mail. Large items are more likely to be shipped via Federal Express or UPS. Per eBay policies, the recipient, or buyer, is responsible for any tariffs or customs charges.

Most items can be returned up to thirty to sixty days. The duration and the availability of a return will vary based on items for various reasons; be sure to check the return policy for the specific item or listing you are reviewing. Certain categories have an absolutely no return policy - such things as films, books, and other temporary media. Contact me if there is a functional issue with these items. If upon receipt there is a discrepancy, damage, or any other issue, please contact me as soon as possible. Also, it would be greatly appreciated if pictures or images were included for my reference.

I would strongly suggest if you have any issues with an item, to consider contacting me first before opening a return. Opening a formal return can prohibit me from resolving an issue in certain ways. Consider contacting me when you a receive an item you are displeased with an item in any way, as I am willing to accommodate issues in an amicable and timely manner.

Items are expected to be returned in the exact same condition in which they were dispatched. Typically, the only time a discrepancy is permissible, is if there is postal damage. Contact me if there is postal damage - with certain delivery services, a claim can be made and the item can be kept and refunded. Under most circumstances, a return is not required at all in this scenario. I strongly urge you to ensure the item is insured for the return, as I have had damage during transit historically and this protects both of us. I typically file the claims and deal with the finances.

Discrepancies that will negate the return include, but are not limited to: new usage marks or evidence, new damage, items that are not the same based on identifying numbers, erroneous opening of a package that resulted in damage to the item, and under most circumstances, integrity damage to or "breaking of" the seal. Items that new and sealed must not be opened for a return, unless there is a functional issue.

There are no re-stocking fees.

Note, that per eBay policy, shipping prices cannot be negotiated within best offers. If shipping is something you wish to discuss, please contact me directly. 

Also, be courteous in messaging and offers. If something is not priced at a price that pleases you, I find no offense in receiving feedback, but angry, aggressive, or rude messages will be reported immediately and you will be blocked from purchasing items in the future.
