I was very happy when I opened the box from my storage containing this brand new/old stock Eric Kaz LP still in original shrink-wrap, stored from the time of release, not opened, not played, and has not seen the light of day until now. The Condition is Near Mint or better. Sealed records usually play in Near Mint Condition or better. If you choose to open this LP, it is being sold in 'Sealed - Condition Unknown', and not returnable. Thanks . * The SEALED COVER is in Excellent to Near Mint Condition, There are no frays, no split seams, with a beautiful spine without marks and the top and bottom edge have no niks nor frays, no ringwear, nice corners, no rips in the shrink with a promo drill hole at the top corner that has the shink punched through and still tight, with the soft patina of history and age.
