For example, books, records, and tapes are all media mail, but clothing is not, so if you buy two records and one shirt, I won't be able to package the items together. RETURNS: I do my best to list any item defects in my product description, therefore, I fully stand behind my merchandise and accept returns on most items. Complete buyer satisfaction is very important to me. In all cases, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping, and the item must be sent back in the exact same condition as which is was received, packaging fully intact. The return will not be honored if the item is returned to me in worse condition than it was received. Every now and then, I'll sell something "as-is", in which case the return policy will be clearly stated in the description. In most cases, though, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. I just ask that you notify me of any issues before you send the item back. Thanks!

Regarding the shipping of vinyl records, I’m happy to open the shrink wrap and ship any record outside of the sleeve to prevent sleeve splits. If you don’t state a preference, I’ll assume you prefer the record remain sealed, in which case I’m not to be held responsible for any splitting that may occur. Please be aware that I don't guarantee sound quality or anything that could be considered a common quirk of vinyl production, as I don't have any control over the manufacturing process. Some pressings are noisier than others, and sometimes a record will have a slight wobble or some other imperfection. It's just the nature of physical media. If something is clearly damaged, though, that's a different story, and I'm totally willing to accept a return on something like that. Thanks for understanding!
