Description

Hi,  This is the LP "Esquerita" by the artist Esquerita that was released in 1959 by Capitol Records as T1186.  This is an original pressing, not one of the new re-issues.  It contains the songs Hey Miss Lucy, Why Did It Take You So Long, She Left Me Crying, Crazy Crazy Feeling, Get Back Baby, Hole In My Heart, I'm Battie Over Hattie, Baby You Can Depend On Me, Believe Me When I Say Rock And Roll Is Here To Stay, I Need You, Maybe Baby (the Buddy Holly classic), and Gettin' Plenty Lovin'. 

The vinyl is play graded at almost VG+.  It has scuffs and surface lines that do very little to disturb play.  I played this LP through twice and it is not only great fun to listen to, but it sounds pretty good!  The labels are really clean and show almost no marks of spindle wear.

The jacket is in about VG-VG+ condition.  It has seam splits of almost 4" on the top right and 2" on the bottom right.  The photo on the front cover shows some wear, but looks good.  There is a small name written on the top right edge.  The back cover shows some wear also and a small amount of of staining.  The original price tag (of $2.40) is on the back top right. 

All in all, this is a nice copy of a scarce early R 'n' R classic!  Please check the scans to get a good idea of its condition!
