FAIRPORT CONVENTION "Liege And Lief" FIRST 1st UK 1969 PRESS pink gatefold VG+.

Original 1st UK pressing on pink i labels

A1/B1 Matrix endings.

Vinyl visual grades VG at best but plays really well. Light removal/paper scuffs on side 2 and side 1 has a few scratches and marks. It plays really really nicely however with very little deterioration in sound. There’s a click for about 20 seconds on side 1 track 2, but other than that it plays really well and without any major flaws. Doesn’t look pretty but sounds canny good. The odd little bit of crackle here and there but certainly nothing overpowering.

The sleeve is definitely G+ to VG-. It’s a bit grubby and worn on the edges. Seam splits starting on all sides. 2 small areas of writing (the name LIZ) but intact.

Overall a rough looking but decent enough playing copy.
