The Real Thing is the third studio album by Faith No More, released in 1989. It was their first recording with Mike Patton as a singer and it meant a turning point. On this album, Faith No More broadens their musical range by combining funk, hip hop and soul, with hardcore punk and heavy metal. On this album appears the best-known song, the single "Epic", and the one that finally makes the band consecrated. It is the band's best-selling album, selling 2 million copies in the United States, and more than 4 million in the rest of the world. A classic album that you must have in your vinyl collection. Now released in a Deluxe Special Edition with a Colored (RED) 180 Gram Vinyl Edition and a 12-page booklet containing the history behind the album with amazing photos (booklet is in Spanish).
