FAUST LP (1971) Polydor 2310 142
Transparent vinyl, transparent sleeve, transparent insert. (VG/VG)
According to Discogs, this is the original German issue of this album (both record labels and sleeve state made in Germany)
Although transparent vinyl is notoriously poor in terms of playback quality, this LP plays remarkably well for it's age. A few crackles at the start of each side, but not overly noticeable after that, and no kicks. Both sides play very well.
The sleeve does have a couple of splits of around 4 inches (side) and 3 inches (bottom) where the record has rubbed up against the sleeve over the years, apart from that all good. Comes with the original inner sleeve, with red lettering printed on clear plastic.
An excellent example of this influential LP.
