The first and best and undead and unkillable great first gasp from Nick Cave's Australian clang-fest THE BIRTHDAY PARTY wherein punk is stretched to its breaking point, shredded, screamed, and saturated with, of all things, brilliant poetry. For adventurous Nick fans, you won't remotely be disappointed.
This particular copy is a first pressing from the UK in 1981 (the first pressing shows the street address for 4AD printed on the back of the sleeve, with custom lyric inner sleeve of thick cardboard. The vinyl is pristine NM, the sleeve a little worn at the business edge, a little ringwear, bumped corner, small rip at the top, VG+. The custom inner sleeve looks NM.
