I am not an expert about vinyl records other than owning and playing hundreds of them in my lifetime. I do not claim to have any expertise in grading their conditions so I am unable to advise you as to it’s conditions and/or issues.
As a layman, I am not aware of any flaws or defects. In fact, this album appears to be in GREAT SHAPE AND APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN USED VERY LITTLE IF AT ALL.
During the last 25+ years this album has been in my possession, it has been carefully stored and taken care of in clean, climate controlled conditions. It has not been played or used during that time. I know nothing about its history prior to that time.
