Up for auction here at NO RESERVE is "Music from an Equatorial Microcosm" on the Folkways label. The record is NM-/VG+. The booklet is NM. The cover is NM.
Like all Folkways records, this one did not sail up the pop charts and a lot of them that show up for sale are library copies that are well worn and have markings and labels all over them. The ones that I am offering this week all came from one owner who collected them as they came out or as he found them. He always took great care of them. If I were a man of means, I wouldn't sell them. They were a joy to own while I've had them, but now it's time to pay some bills. Be sure to view my other auctions for what I believe to be a complete run African Folkways records (most of them nearly pristine) as well as a plethora of other great African LPs. Multiple item wins will be combined and winner will pay actual shipping costs. I accept Paypal. Email with any questions (preferably before the last day). Buy a bunch and save. All records are packed with care in dedicated record mailers with sturdy cardboard inserts.
SHIPPING CHARGES for North America
Shipping is $4.00 via Media Mail with delivery confirmation in the US. Priority Mail in the US and First Class International to Canada starts at $7.00 for a single LP. Multiple LP sets are more. If you would like an estimate for multiple LPs, just shoot me an email.
SHIPPING for the rest of the World
First Class International service starts at $13.00 for a single LP. Multiple LP sets are more. Once a package goes over 4 lbs (usually at 5 records), the package can no longer be shipped First Class. It automatically becomes Priority Mail. Any package valued over $200 must also be shipped Priority Mail. Shipping via Priority Mail starts at $38 for a 4 lb. package (usually around 5 records).
