Artist: FRAN JEFFRIES
Title: “Sings of Sex and the Single Girl”
Label: MGM. Stereo pressing on medium weight vinyl. Label is black with silver text, with deep groove. Catalog number is SE 4268.
Biography: “Actress/singer Fran Jeffries began her career in the late '50s, appearing in such films as Sex and the Single Girl, The Pink Panther, and Elvis Presley's Harum Scarum. Numerous TV, nightclub, and theater performances followed as Jeffries demonstrated her vocal talent, singing in the accessible, smooth style of Carmen McRae or Peggy Lee. Over the years, she performed with such diverse stars as Sammy Davis, Jr., Tom Jones, and the Count Basie Band.”

Condition:
DISC: NEAR MINT with 100% of original brilliant gloss, our highest grade. Appears to have been played perhaps once, and handled with utmost care. Labels are clean except for one very light spindle trail mark on each side. Fidelity is superb. A solid “10” out of ten, this is as good as it gets!
JACKET: Jacket is EXCELLENT with nice bright artwork. Seams, spine, and surfaces are excellent. Bottom left corner is lightly bumped. A bit of minor wear at corner tips. Reverse is clean and white; has small writing at bottom right corner. Overall a beautiful jacket!
