Description

Radio Transcription Disc produced by The Armed Forces Radio Service.  This disc was issued to radio stations for broadcast only and not available to the general public, very rare!

Christmas Program No. C9-BL-3 with the music Frank Sinatra with Axel Stordahl & His Orchestra "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas", "Santa Claus Is Coming To Town".  Bing Crosby with John Scott Trotter Orchestra and chorus "Happy Holidays", "White Christmas".  Tony Martin with Skip Martin & His Orchestra "The Christmas Song"

Christmas Program No. C9-BL-4 with the program "A Christmas Opera" narrated by Dick Haymes with Gordon Jenkins & His Orchestra, cast and chorus.  Sounds like this was something that was broadcast a couple of days before Christmas

Disc is in Very Good or better Condition with light surface scratches that don't show up well in the photos and Very Good+ to Excellent- sound

Please note that 16 inch transcription discs will not play on most standard turntables due to their size.  I will make a CD dub of the disc for the buyer only
