RARE 1969 UK ISLAND PINK RIM PORKY PECKO ETCHED VINYL LP NEAR MINT STUNNING !

Graded as Near Mint, possibly played this 2-3 times since 1969, have other copies which I played instead. Beautiful glossy mirror like finish, really beautiful condition with only one non feelable mark on track one " Over the Hills" which is only visable in very strong light, and has no effect at all on the superb audio experience. Amazing after 52 years !!!!

OUTER GATEFOLD SLEEVE
A strong Excellent + grading for this sleeve is accurate. No writing on, no marks or wear visible at all, The spine is unworn and text is clearly visible and legible, always kept in a dust cover and stored correctly. Lovely !!!
CENTRE LABELS
Both sides are Near Mint with just a couple of spindle trails around the centre hole, furthur evidence of the very few plays in the last 52 years !!
ORIGINAL INNER SLEEVE
The original Island Inner Sleeve is Excellent condition, slightest aging only with no splits, tears or writing. Original light blue and has 'Island Records Ltd, 22 St Peters Square, London W6 9nw ' spread over 3 lines underneath a pink 'i', positioned centrally at the base on both sides.
NOTES Labels have pink ring edges with the 'I' in 'Island' represented as a tree.
These features are exactly as with this release of Tons Of Sobs. However, this version has a different back cover, with 'ILPS 9089 STEREO' written in the top right corner, and a large white 'i' positioned centrally at the base of the cover. Similar to the colour of the rabbit on the front cover, the inner sleeve is light blue and has 'island records ltd, 22 st peters square, london w6 9nw' spread over 3 lines underneath a pink 'i', positioned centrally at the base on both sides.
This version is printed by Robor Limited, whereas the similar version mentioned above and which also features both 'PORKY' (side A) and 'PECKO' (side B) in the runout grooves, is printed by Ernest J. Day & Co Ltd.
