PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER).  OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.


INCREDIBLY RARE original Abbey Record Mfg. Co., Inc. first pressing of this funk monster from March of 1970 on Westbound with 12-10-69 dead wax etchings and Janus Records logo in the top right hand corner on the rear cover!!!  LP side 1 is a nice VG with some light scuffs and side 2 is VG+ with even fewer light scuffs.  Cover is still in the original shrink wrap and beautiful with barely a hint of wear on the tips of the right hand corners.  Even has the original E.J. Korvette (R.I.P.) price sticker on the cellophane in the top right hand corner on the front cover.  THAT'S provenance.


I USE GOLDMINE GRADING~ MINT (SEALED)  NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++:  VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF US VG+:  AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG:  STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR:  FILLER COPY ONLY.  LOTS OF SCRATCHES
