Description
On offer this week is an ultra rare copy of Fairport Conventions - What We Did On Our Holidays album. Released on Island Records ILPS 9092. 1968 in Stereo. EX+/N/M (sleeve graded first then the disc).
This is a U.K. 1st pressing on the Pink Island label, with the orange and black 'ball' logo, which comes in a poly lined inner bag.
Sleeve Condition; Crisp and bright with no fading or staining. There is however some light 'bumping' to the bottom egde where it has been stored over the years. The front laminated sleeve has a couple of creases upon it and a couple on the reverse. There is also some light ring wear present and the spine is perfectly legible and clear.
Vinyl Condition; The pink labels are bright and unmarked. There are a couple of wispy sleeve traces upon the surfaces of the disc looking at them under a bright light, which do not affect the sound quality. It plays absolutely perfectly with no crackle or unwanted distortion, as these are quality pressings.
