Description

An original 1st issue of Rumours on the UK Warners label from 1977. Matrix A3/B3. Etching 'Allen'. The vinyl comes houses in an original non-textured cover. Also included is the generic white patent no's inner sleeve with the lyric poster inner. So, 100% complete and 100% genuine.
Vinyl (Ex+) Wowzers - a beautiful slab of vinyl which has seen only the very lightest use. Under close inspection we are struggling to make out a single mark. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. If you are looking for a top-level copy it makes a lot of sense to start with a NEAR-MASTER copy. Even a copy from 18months later could be the 5 millionth copy given the volume of sales on this title! Very difficult to find fault here - just lovely pure audio tumbling out of the speakers. Don't short change yourself with an untested or marginally inferior copy. This original really has the stamp of quality written all over it. Interference is practically non-existent. All I could honestly detect were a couple of light static crackles in Songbird and this extremely fussy track plays WAY WAY better than what usually surfaces. And that's it across both sides - a tremendous and clean rendition from start to finish. FINAL UPGRADE.
Cover (Ex/Ex+) Lovely shiny unaged front and back with minimal handling. Edge wear is super-light and the openings are still sharp. The spine is 100% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. Nice!
Inner (Ex) Lightest of ageing. No seam splits.
Lyric sheet/poster (Ex+) No issues or writing or ageing.
