Description
This is Blue Note Records BLP 4207, Freddie Hubbard Night Of The Cookers Volume 1, a blue and white, New York labeled mono issue of this great jam session record featuring Lee Morgan, James Spaulding and Harold Mabern Jr. There is Van Gelder stamped on the dead wax. There is the 47 West 63rd St. New York 23 address , Printed in USA on the back cover. The record is in near mint condition showing almost no signs of wear and playing quietly throughout. The cover shows some light edge wear and a marker on the back, but is otherwise excellent and intact. The original thumbnail inner sleeve is included. The labels are excellent. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12. This is part of a large Jazz record collection I will be listing over the next few months. Please check our other listings. We discount shipping for multiple orders. Thanks for looking.
Of course the address on the back reads the standard West 61st.St not 63rd. It should be evident in the enlarged picture.Sorry for the mistake.
