"New York USA" label on both sides. "Van Gelder" and "The Ear" aka "P" in the runout both sides. Cover has "43 West 61st St., New York, 23" address.
Record looks and plays VG+. Record plays enjoyably, with light noise, well below the level of the music, without repetitive or loud ticks. Light scuffs and light scratches on both sides. No long or deep scratches.
Cover is VG+
Front cover has very light, if any wear and looks nice. Bottom seam is split and untaped 2 and 1/4 inches at the pocket. Rest of bottom seam, top seam and spine are intact. Tiny spots of wear at the corners. The back cover has moderate wear and ring wear.
