Most likely a previously unissued side  Recording Studio 500 N. Western Avenue Los Angeles Blank Label  Nice acappella black gospel quartet 
The playing grooves which start 1/3 into the record seem to be in Mint- condition.  No matrix numbers and the old sleeve has writing E-268-ME

This 78 must have stood in 4 Star studio warehouse untouched and unplayed for over 65 years.
