Description
Extremely rare original 1969 South African pressing of the first Freedoms Children album on Parlophone Records, catalogue number PCSJ 12049/ matrix number YPEAX 1009/1010. Vinyl has been extensively played over the years and does show signs of wear with light scratches and marks, it plays well although it is noisy at the beginning of tracks and in quiet musical passages- I would grade it VG . The gatefold sleeve has a small sticker mark on the front and both sides show signs of cellophane loss/shedding, the spine is very readable although a little discoloured. There is some wear and tear in the top right corner. Accordingly I would grade it VG-VG+. Defects aside this is a highly collectable South African psych rock gem that does not appear for sale too often-worth the money !

Shipping- All vinyl records are packaged outside of the covers in new soft plastic anti static inner sleeves to avoid seam splits, wrapped in special protective material, placed between top and bottom LP sized cardboard sleeves and then packed in custom made vinyl boxes. All orders have Fragile stickers placed on both sides.
Standard International airmail postage costs from South Africa to the rest of the world are high and do not carry a tracking number. Delivery time is generally 15-17 days. Single LP shipments range between $18-$20 depending on exchange rates at the time. Additional LP`s cost an extra $6 each. Please refer to the International Shipping section for the actual cost to your region. NB It is not $4 as indicated in the US shipping section. Custom stickers are available on request.
NB We have recently experienced a 4 month long postal strike in South Africa which has heavily affected delivery of orders. As all orders are shipped via the SA Post Office in order to keep shipping costs down, we advise customers to consider a courier which will include a tracking number- Price upon request.
