"Treasury Salute" radio show transcription disc produced by The United States Treasury Department. Two Complete 15 minute radio programs on this 16 inch, vinyl, 33 1/3 rpm disc. This disc was issued to radio stations for broadcast only and not available to the general public, very rare
"Treasury Salute" radio program #310 starring Oskar Homolka in the program "A Memory Of Music", about a musical genius who is wounded in the war, and his encouraged to play again by his music teacher. Program includes Steven Hill, Roger Dekoven and is directed by Mark Goodsen. 15 minutes
"Treasury Salute" radio program #311 starring Gene Kelly in the program "A Salute To Private First Class Marvin Martin Leeds", about a wounded war hero soldier. Program is directed by Mark Goodsen. 15 minutes
Disc is in Excellent- Condition with Excellent- sound, Beautiful Disc. There is a slight wobble in the disc that does not effect play
Due to their size, 16 inch discs will not play on most standard turntables. I will make a CD copy of the disc for the buyer only
