Description

Three beautiful vintage Gene Krupa LPs, all originals, all three stunningly near mint:


-Drum Boogie - 1957 Verve Pressing. Disc beautifully NM, cover EX with slight fraying at the top edge and light marks on the back. Beautiful.


-The Essential Gene Krupa - 1963 Verve compilation featuring so many notables, including Anita O’Day, Dizzy Gillespie, Charlie Ventura, Herb Ellis, Illinois Jacquet, Roy Eldridge, and so on.. some arrangements by Quincy Jones and Gerry Mulligan. This is an incredible collection of recordings. O’Day just steals the show… Disc NM, cover EX+ with only a slightly bumped corner at the lower right and a small nick at the top edge.


- Gene Krupa on Metro MS-518. I’m throwing this one in, really, as it is something of a budget line record. Really great recordings of his classic Sing, Sing, Sing and China Boy… also NM disc, and VG+ cover with light ringwear.


A beautiful set of great Krupa records. Hard to beat these copies.
