THE VINYL   EX+   INCREDIBLE  CONDITION

As you can see, this vinyl is the Mid 70S MAD HATTER LABEL pressing -

Stored from new this LP has seen possibly A HANDFUL OF VERY CAREFUL plays only, and remains in pristine condition everywhere. THE VINYL REALLY IS QUITE SUPERB.

This pressing is a superb vinyl which has retained its amazing glossy sheen and finish. There is VIRTUALLY no dulling anywhere and overall it is in incredible condition for an LP of this age. The edges are silky smooth, typical of these vintage pressings. We are seing fewer and fewer copies of this 'HATTER' LP, so rarely do we see a copy at all, let alone like this.

There are a couple of light spider lines around the centre hole, and no wear to the spindle hole whatsoever.

SURPLUS WAX AROUND THE HOLE

There are a few whisp lines, and thats it-  nothing else!  Clearly this LP has been archived for many many years, a few little dust specs are on the vinyl when we slid it for checking..IT REMAINS IN ASTONISHING CONDITION.

On playing through we heard very little static in the dead grooves of any note at all....

Possibly, some light static in a few spots during play..but again, we heard hardly a thing! the quiet passages were stunning- overall this is easily as clean a copy as we have heard. A professional hoover clean could remedy this to even higher play.

A very rare record to see at all these days in this condition..

OVERALL THIS IS SIMPLY A MUST FOR ANY FINAL UPGRADE COLLECTION. YOU WILL NOT SEE BETTER.

THE LABELS   MINT-  large pink MAD HATTER LABELS

THE SLEEVE     EX+ STRONG

Correct FLAT MATT UK issued sleeve  - with INSERT with the mad hatter logo on the back top right as it should be.

 Later sleeves had the 'phonogram' logo addd after they took over the label in the late 70s ..(THESE WERE ADDED TO THE LATER 70s RE-ISSUES)

 This is in SUPERB NEAR MINT condition, and for such a hard 'original' sleeve to see in good condition this is a nice example.

The edges have NO rub on the edges!

ONE LIGHT FEINT CREASE ON THE BACK PANEL -

OTHERWISE THIS SLEEVE REALLY IS CLOSE TO MINT

SHARP OPEN EDGE, NO FEATHERING OR TIP RUB

ITS ABOUT AS GOOD AS IT GETS HERE

LYRIC SHEET  MINT-

This is the 2nd issue green thick paper insert..not the original VERY thick card lyric sheet. IT IS SUPERB.
