The story of a revolutionary on a power trip “The Knife” came from the album “Trespass” and was soon to become a Genesis concert favourite

 

This much sought after single from 1971 is complete with picture sleeve. Not surprisingly there is a little wear on the sleeve edges and one or two light-brown spots (possibly age) on the reverse of the sleeve (just visible in the photograph). Otherwise the single is unplayed and in excellent condition.

PLEASE NOTE:  After commencing this sale I have discovered an imperfection on Side B. It may have been caused by a minute bubble in the hot vinyl during manufacture, leaving a 2mm mark on the vinyl. The track plays perfectly but clicks for approx 15 seconds at this point. As stated above, the disc had remained unplayed. It is also on side 2, which is why this was not noticed before.
