GEORDIE 'DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE NAME' 1974 STEREO LP.

Lead singer is Brian Johnson who became lead singer with AC/DC after Bon Scott's tragic death.

 LP pressed in England and released on EMI 764.

Matrix numbers etc:

Side 1: YAX 4711-3          2        R R.

   Side 2: YAX 4712-3           1        G G.   

Play grades as EX and better throughout.

Sounds great and has no sticks, skips or jumps and no evidence of groove wear.

Has a little crackle in the run in areas and a little brief, quiet background noise in just a few places.

When tilted under normal lighting side 1 appears to be unmarked and side 2 has x2 tiny [~2mm] light scratches in the middle of the side.

Under halogen lights both sides have just a few light marks. 

Has a fe spider lines tightly grouped around the spindle holes.

Gatefold sleeve grades EX-.

Has a tiny piece of surface damage in the front, top right corner. There is a very small [~1.5cm.] closed tear on the rear just off the opening. Otherwise there are just a few edge creases and a tiny bit of edge wear.

Inner sleeve grades as EX.

I dispatch records in brand new, bought in mailers designed for the process. Before placing in the mailer I take LPs out of the sleeve place both in a polysleeve and between two card stiffeners and if there is a picture sleeve I place the LP in a plain sleeve to prevent knifing of the picture sleeve. [all this costs £0.80/single LP].

I USE RECORD COLLECTOR GRADINGS AND USE A +/- WHERE I FEEL THAT IT'S APPROPRIATE.

(M) MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as sealed or unplayed should be mint.

(EX) EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of being played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging may have slight wear and/or creasing.

(VG) VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

(G) GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

(F) FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

(P) POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

(B) BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.  

I normally ship within 1/2 working days of receipt of payment.
