This is the LP, GEORGE LEWIS AND HIS NEW ORLEANS STOMPERS--Volume One
(Blue Note BLP-1205--mono--1955).
- CONDITION: Record: VG+ (shiny, with some very light scratches); Jacket: VG+ (light corner and edge wear, with bottom seam split 1 1/2 inches in center and bottom 1 1/2 inches of spine split; nick to front open edge; back very yellowed; minimal wear to front).
- PERSONNEL: George Lewis--clarinet; Avery "Kid" Howard--trumpet; Jim Robinson--trombone; Alton Purnell--piano; George Gueson--banjo; Alcide "Slow Drag" Pavageau--bass; and Joe Watkins--drums.
