 GERMS "Forming" 7" Single

This is the 3rd pressing (or technically 2nd press vinyl in the 2nd version of sleeve/insert): Label states "45 rpm", back of Picture Sleeve WITHOUT "For extra copies" blurb, Lyric sheet WITHOUT "once more you morons"


The untitled live song on side-B (The Germs Live) is "Sex Boy", recorded at the second Germs live show, at the Roxy The record was not play tested since it appears unplayed. Overall, this is a very nice copy!

Condition as pictured with various pictures of the sleeve, insert and vinyl.
