Absolutely gorgeous copy of Glenn Miller's very first album ever, the 1944 78-rpm set on RCA album P-148, simply called An Album of Outstanding Arrangements on Victor Records, one of the series called Victor Music Smart Sets. Includes four 78 records featuring his most famous recordings, including the ever-favorite, In the Mood. The discs are all in beautiful shape, with maybe a minor surface scuff here or there, but they play perfectly. In the Mood is actually in the best shape, NM. Really they are all just lovely copies. Completely beautiful discs that play with barely the slightest flaw. The cover is in just beautiful condition, with only some gentle corner wear and signs of use and age, but not bad at all. Really remarkably well preserved, with crisp and clean artwork, a rare intact spine and strong binding. This is a beautiful original copy, very rare to find complete and in such condition.
