Beginning to get very exciting now with this week's five newly listed Vertigo Swirl LPs on the outskirts of the "extremely-hard-to-find-in-great-condition" category.....
All my Vertigo records are UK issues and nearly all are First Pressings - they will be accompanied by Vertigo inner sleeves in all cases although it could be that it may not be original to that LP as they were stored separately.
There will not be any superfluous information or unnecessary paragraphs to hide the important stuff - just a description of the records and my considered grading having played them for the first time in over 10 years.
1970 LP self-titled by Gravy Train - within the gatefold is a signature "Best Wishes Norman Barratt". I have not had the LP from new so cannot verify its authenticity but...cannot imagine why it wouldn't be the real deal either.
Catalogue number 6360 023 with large logo on side B label.
The vinyl is in EX- condition with no significantly noticeable marks or issues; couple of light pops at start of side 2 were all I noticed.
The gatefold sleeve rates VG - there is heavy spine wearand edge wear top and bottom but, other than the signature, no writing or other major issues.
Vertigo inner in this case is only VG+ condition with a little creasing.
Postage prices are as follows (there is no charge for packing materials and the actual postage cost is higher than stated):
Special Delivery in the UK £8 (this doesn't seem to be an option when listing hence it states 2nd class above but it will be sent Special)
Tracked & Signed to Europe £15.
Tracked & Signed to Elsewhere £17.50.
From this point on, I am requesting that each week's transactions are concluded BEFORE the following week's items close - therefore, kindly ensure payment is made within four days of auction completion (the actual eBay written policy is payment within TWO days) - and then I will post the item before the following Saturday unless circumstances prevent that occurring. If payment is not received, I will reluctantly report the winning bidder as "non-paying".
