Description


George Formby Senior - Grandfather's Clock 10-inch 78rpm Shellac single original UK issue from 1916 on His Master's Voice label (not Zenophone) cat no B1627. Runout 3-42705 AP y 20054..
Other side: To Let. Runout; 3-42704 AT AK19031.
Record comes in what looks like the original thin paper sleeve labelled His Master's Voice Record which is amazingly still intact (split down one side) considering this is a genuine antique from WW1 period.
Label has stamp in place on each side stating: Associated copyright 1-1/4d.
The record looks in good condition - amazing for 102 years old! - but I can't play 78rpms. Grandfather's Clock side appears fine. To Let has a small mark towards the end but doesn't look worrying. Certainly no major damage.
