Description

Item Description and Condition:
This sale is for a VF MONO copy of George Wallington Quintet "Jazz for the Carriage Trade" orig Prestige 7032. The record has been play tested and plays great with no skips or pops. The cover shows much wear, scuffed on the front, taped on the left edge, covered with pencil marks on the back and the owner's name stamped in ink. However the seams are still tight with no splits....SEE PHOTOS. From January 1956....it is possible that this LP contains the first recorded sides of Phil Woods; the cover says, "In the new combo, Phill Woods played his first extended engagement with a strictly jazz group." The opening bidding price will reflect the poor condition of the cover.
