Contains the insert, the lyric/graphics IL (all Near Mint) even still has shrink-wrap and retail sticker on it.

This one has ol' Mister Mike stumped. I've always prided myself in my Research I put in even for the most lowly Bargain Bin finds. This one has me stumped. In '82, the Go-Gos were hot as pistols: They had a #1 with their first single, they were touring with the Police. Their sophomore effort was viewed as a disappointment, but there are TONS of different versions of this LP. And, I can't find ANY evidence of what this one is. There are two separate "dead wax' messages variants in its history. And THIS one inexplicably has BOTH of them. First this is STERLING press and is stamped thusly in the dead wax.
"Is this record a pencil or a beer can?" is hand-scrawled in the deadwax of Side 1. That's documented in Discogs. However, Side 2 ALSO has the hand-scrawled "Give 'Em an Inch" like an entirely different deadwax variant! There are no copies available or documented like this on Discogs.
Additionally, this copy has been verified as an original 1982 release. Even the re-issues had the custom white labels, even the Columbia and RCA record club editions have the white labels. This one has the standard corporate IRS grey/garnet labels (see pics) But the catalogue numbers are consistent with a first edition, not a repressing.
