Description

You are bidding on an original first UK pressing on the VERTIGO swirling spiral label.
Album reference number is 6360 051, from 1971.
Side A is stamped 6360 051  1Y #1 112 on the vinyl near the label and Side B is stamped 6360 051 2Y #1 114.
I believe this LP is among the top ten most sought-after Vertigo albums.
I would say that this item is in very good condition, particularly considering it is 40 years old.
The vinyl has stood the passage of time very well, although there are a few scratches, one across part of Side A and a couple of small ones near the middle of Side B.
These do not affect the playing of the album. There is no needle skipping or sticking.
There is however occasional crackle and pops on both sides, as I would expect from this age of record, but they don't spoil the listening experience.
The labels are very good with only little marks around the centre hole.
The fold-out cover is in good condition but also shows some signs of age at the corners and the edges.
The inner sleeve is also original (it's dated 25 0671) and shows signs of yellowing due to age. There is  a tear about an inch long at the centre on one side.
There are also some scuffs and wrinkles in the lamination but no tears.
Inside picture of fold-out sleeve looks good.
